Over the last 30 years, Programme Assistants have been a key part of QCEA’s staff. This short report takes a look at the role they have played and what avenues of work they have followed since their time at QCEA. The survey of former staff employed by QCEA in the capacities of Volunteer, Programme Assistant, Junior Programme Assistant and Researchers was carried out during the first half of 2009 and covers staff who contributed to QCEA between 1979 and 2008.
