Report: Effective Counter-Terrorism

This report follows on from the 2005 briefing paper series that you can find here.

The report examines modern terrorism in the European Union from a Quaker perspective and how it has been treated with the EU. It provides solid recommendations to the EU and also indicates other areas that require change in order to encompass the terrorism threat, such as intelligence and security.
