Celina Bebenek joined QCEA in November 2024 as our Communications & Programme Officer. Key aspects of her work include creating and producing engaging communication outputs, producing a supporter newsletter, Around Europe, managing QCEA's social media presence and contributing to QCEA’s strategic development. She is also supporting our advocacy and programme work, focusing on topics such as conscientious objection and building relationships with EU actors.

Celina has a background in Digital Humanities and Human Rights, having studied in Belgium at KU Leuven University. She has previously worked at the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI) and several European-level NGOs. She specialises in digital communications and social media management, but also enjoys editing videos and graphic design.

She is fluent in English and Polish and understands some Russian and basic French.
