QCEA Treasurer

Joëlle from Belgium is the QCEA Treasurer, serving on the Executive Committee, General Assembly and Finance Committee.
Joëlle is presently a chartered accountant in Belgium. Prior to this, she has worked as a midwife and health programme coordinator in Afghanistan and Pakistan. And after this amazing experience, she has been part of the team of Oxfam-Solidarité in Belgium and other charities such as Handicap International and FERN, in a position of project officer or finance manager. She is a member of the Quaker community of Belgium and Luxembourg.
