We are thrilled to share the news that Kenneth Drew Howgill is embarking on an inspiring journey – a sponsored bike ride from Friends House in Euston Road, London, to the Quaker Meeting House in The Hague, Netherlands, taking place between December 1 and December 4 in order to support QCEA’s work.
Kenneth Drew Howgill will be navigating this distance with a fold-up Brompton bike and Eurostar trains. The train journey spans 317 km, and an additional 30 km of biking will take Kenneth to The Hague.
Your support for Kenneth Drew Howgill’s sponsored bike ride will directly contribute to QCEA’s work of bringing justice, peace and equality to Europe and its institutions. A minimum donation of £5 GBP on the fundraising platform will make a meaningful impact. All generous funders will receive a short brochure documenting the cyclist’s journey, providing an insight into the challenges faced and the achievements experienced along the way. Moreover, this brochure will offer a detailed glimpse into the international efforts of Quakers, including their work with the United Nations in Geneva and New York.
To be a part of this journey and contribute to a cause, please visit the fundraising platform. Your support will not only propel Kenneth forward but will also play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of QCEA.
