About Paul Ingram

Paul is a research affiliate at Cambridge University's Centre for the Study of Existential Risk with a specialism in nuclear risk and great power war, and is involved in several track 2 negotiations. He is a Founder Director of the Middle East Treaty Organisation working towards a WMD Free Zone, a former Executive Director of the British American Security Information Council, a former TV talk show host on Iranian domestic TV, a systems thinking tutor at the UK National School of Government, and was co-Leader of Oxford City Council.
