The Quaker Council for European Affairs (QCEA) will host a brown bag lunch with Conscience and Peace Tax International (CPTI).

CPTI is an international peace movement focused on "Taxes for peace not war," seeking to direct taxes away from preparation for war and towards peace building. The brownbag will be held following the 18th International Conference on War Tax Resistance and Peace Tax Campaigns in Brussels.

We will discuss the results of the conference and what can be done at EU and national levels to prioritize government funding for peace.

Attendees are invited to bring your own lunch. The discussion will be held under Chatham House rules
